Note: In order to change your passphrase you will need to know your current passphrase and be able to sign into your account through the webmail interface.
If you cannot remember your password, you can email our Support Team at support@brightervision.com and we would be happy to reset it for you.
Accessing your Account
Your email’s login page will be in this format:
https://webmail.your-domain-name.TLD
For example, if your website’s URL is https://amazingtherapist.com then your webmail login page will be https://webmail.amazingtherapist.com
Or, if your website’s URL is https://amazingtherapist.org then your webmail login page will be https://webmail.amazingtherapist.org
Changing your Passphrase
1. Sign into your webmail account by typing your email’s login URL (as described above) into your web browser and hitting Return.
2. Click your email address in the top-right corner of your screen, then click the Password & Security link, as shown here:
3. Type your new password in both boxes, then click the Change Password button, as shown here:
Note you must use a strong password (strength of at least 50)
