Note: In order to change your password you will need to know your current password and be able to sign into your account through our Growth Platform interface.
If you cannot remember your password, you can email our Support Team at support@brightervision.com and we would be happy to reset it for you.
Changing your password
1. Sign in to your Growth Platform account.
2. Click your name in the upper right corner of your dashboard and select Settings from the dropdown options that appears, as shown here:
3. On the next screen, enter your current (temporary) password in the upper field followed by your new preferred password in the middle and bottom fields, as shown here:
4. Click the Update Password button to save your changes.
