Note: In order to change your passphrase you will need to know your current passphrase and be able to sign into your account through our webmail interface.
If you cannot remember your password, you can email our Support Team at support@brightervision.com and we would be happy to reset it for you.
Changing your Passphrase
1. Sign in to your webmail account.
2. Click Settings, as shown here:
3. In the Settings box on the far left side of your screen, click Password, as shown here:
4. On the Change Password page that appears, enter your current email password (the one our Support Team used to create your new account) in the Current Password field followed by your new preferred password in the New Password and New Password (again) fields, then click the Save button.
5. If your password was successfully reset, you should see a confirmation message similar to this one in the lower right corner of your screen:
