Demio Webinars – Audio/Video Troubleshooting

As an attendee for today’s webinar, here’s a list of things you should confirm for an optimal user experience on Demio:


1. If you’re tuning in from a desktop or laptop computer, ensure you are tuning in from one of these supported browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge

2. If you’re tuning in from an iPad or iPhone, you can also use the Demio Viewer App to attend, engage, and communicate during today’s webinar.


3. Check your connection by running a speed test by typing “speed test” into a Google search and clicking this button:

You’ll want to make sure you have at least a 1MBPS download speed.

Demio uses high-quality, low-latency streaming, so it’s important that your internet connection can support it.

Pro Tip: If you’re device is on WiFi, moving closer to your router can help. Plugging directly into an Ethernet cable is even better!


4. You can also run a connectivity test using the Demio System Check.
