Before our team can help, you will first need to contact the TherapySites Support Team and request that they release your domain name back to you. There are a few ways you can do this:

Important Note
They will charge you a $15 fee to release your domain name, but don’t let that slow you down! That’s just how they try to keep you reeled in.
In fact, Brighter Vision will give you a $15 credit toward your next statement to cover this “release fee” and help keep the transfer process as smooth as possible 🙂
Next Steps
After you have requested that they release your domain name to you, they will email you a cancellation/release form. This form must be filled out and returned in order to proceed.
Next, you will receive an email asking you to verify ownership of your domain name. You will need to follow the instructions in this email to accept ownership.
Then, finally, you will receive an email from one of their 2 domain registrars – Register.com or Hover – letting you know where your domain is registered and what your login credentials are for that account.
